WELLNESS PROGRAMS

A. The 360-Wellness Foundation Program

The objective of this program is to establish a basic foundation of new health habits to carry you forward to a healthier lifestyle.
 
This program includes a 90-day goal plan to that, if adhered to properly, will lead to measurable results in your weight management and disease control by the end of the program.

B. The 360-Wellness Lifestyle Program

The objective of this program is to optimize your health, manage your medical conditions long-term through lifestyle, or if you have a major weight management goal, such as losing 100lb or more, to make significant progress toward that goal.
 
This program includes a full year of coaching. If adhered to properly, you expect not only to achieve measurable results, but also to have fully integrated healthy habits into your lifestyle that will support you in maintaining long-term optimal health moving forward.

Bonus Option

VIP access to Dr. Mel to directly ask her questions that may arise between sessions is available upon request.

What’s Included?

Both of these programs include all of the following components:

Initial health assessment

This includes an extensive evaluation of both your medical history and your current lifestyle practices, your goals, and your values. After this, we take your baseline wellness score, measurements, pictures, and, if appropriate, order custom lab testing. If lab tests are performed, those will be interpreted for you in a separate session. This appointment may be conducted in person in Dr. Mel’s office or via secure web portal (telemedicine appointment). At the conclusion of this session, you and Dr. Mel will clarify a set of SMART health goals to be achieved by the end of your program.     

 

Comprehensive custom health program

At the conclusion of your initial health assessment, you and Dr. Mel will map out a personal plan designed to achieve your stated health goal. Your plan will include guidance across 6 modules: nutrition, hydration, physical activity, restorative sleep, mindfulness, and mindset. All programs are customized to your specific goals, preferences, abilities, and allergies or sensitivities.

 

Group and individual health coaching

Once your personal plan is created, you will be assigned a personal accountability coach, and implementation will proceed. Because the first week can be difficult for some individuals, the first week includes brief daily text support. After that you will have weekly accountability coach check-ins 3 weeks per month, and on the 4th week of each month a group session with both your coach and Dr. Mel to recalibrate your progress. 

 

Access to our online communities

Exclusive private groups are chosen to address your specific needs along the Longevity, Serenity, and Prosperity areas of 360-wellness.

 

Interim health assessment(s)

These include repeat wellness scores, measurements, pictures, and, depending on your stated health goal, repeat labs at week 6. For the 360-Wellness Foundation Program, you will have only one of these sessions. For the 360-Wellness Lifestyle Program, these additional sessions will be conducted at months 3, 6, and 9. These appointments may be conducted in person in Dr. Mel’s office or via secure web portal (telemedicine appointment). 

 

Final health assessment

This includes a repeat wellness score, measurements, and “after” pictures upon completion of your program. We also repeat custom lab testing, as appropriate from the initial assessment. If lab tests are performed, those will be interpreted for you in a separate session. This appointment may be conducted in person in Dr. Mel’s office or via secure web portal (telemedicine appointments)

What’s Not Included?

Groceries 

But you will get a grocery list and lots of tips along the way, including where you can find quality ingredients without breaking the bank. You will also have access to discounts to Dr. Mel’s hand-picked home delivery services, including a local organic farm and a ranch that offers all-natural antibiotic-free grass-fed high-quality protein sources.

Supplements

Dr. Mel is a proponent of whole foods and therefore recommends supplements only for special circumstances. In that case, carefully curated products are offered, often at a discount.

Lab tests

The purpose for all recommended tests will be discussed with you, including their pros, cons, and any alternatives, so that you may make an informed choice regarding whether or not you would like to include them in your program. If you decide to proceed, you will be given an order with instructions on how to schedule tests in your local area. We work with your health insurance as much as possible, and you will know what your out of pocket cost will be ahead of time, so that you can make an informed decision about whether or not to pursue those recommendations.
