Confetti Salad

This is a composed salad that you arrange on the plate, and drizzle a fine oil and seasoned vinegar very sparingly:

  • Belgium Endive
  • Blueberries
  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • Finely chopped Sweet Basil
  • Champagne Vinegar
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Clementine Salad

A great holiday treat lightly dressed with fresh Clementines – a composed salad, arranged on the plate for color and style:

  • Baby Spinach
  • Clementines in segments
  • Almond Slices
  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Grilled Vegetables

This is not only a delight in taste, but a delight in color, light oil & vinegar with Dash’s  Italian seasoning to avoid salt (dress your veggies before grilling):

  • Zucchini Squash
  • Yellow Squash 
  • Red Italian Onions
  • Asparagus
  • Roma Tomatoes
  • Portobello Mushrooms
Grilled Fresh Tuna Salad

Use the freshest Tuna you can find and grill on both sides very slightly, top with Black Sesame seeds & seaweed (no salt): 

  • Tuna (sliced after grilling)
  • Butter Letucce
  • Watercress
  • Dress with avocado oil and Japanese Vinegar
  • Ginger is optional (but a great idea)
Lemon Basil Halibut on Dahl

Lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, garlic & basil in a blender. Smear over halibut before baking for 20 minutes. Lay on top of Daal. Grilled Asparagus with grape tomatoes onions and garlic on the side.

  • Sliced Vidalia Onions
Watermelon & Feta w/Arugula

Cut the Feta and Watermelon in equal size cubes (we like one inch cubes) and dress with extra virgin olive oil and fresh squeezed limes. Toss with Arugula, Cilantro and Harissa or Cumin (or both).
